It is a valuable communication tool with others locally and worldwide, as well as to share, create, and spread information. People crave interaction and connection with other people . This is a main reason why social media has become so popular over the last decade. Via social media, brands can create opportunities to share and recognize loyal followers with special rewards and incentives.   There are some Work Health and safety issues related to being at your computer for long periods of time like repetitive strain injury. So I would like to ask if you are in a comfortable position, that your chair is comfortable and at the right height, that you have enough light and that there are no cords that could be tripped on. Be careful with drinks and food around your computer.

I would like you to understand what these platforms can do for you, how to use them, what the down sides are to social media and what good things they can bring. The term social media refers to  a computer-based technology that facilitates the sharing of ideas, thoughts, and information through virtual networks and communities . Social media is internet-based and gives users quick electronic communication of content, such as personal information, documents, videos, and photos, especially funny cat clips .
